Shan,

You have a strong close rate once the right prospect is on a call. The missing piece is a repeatable way to create those conversations outside referrals, then keep every reply, booking, and next action in one place.

This proposal lays out the complete system: the sending infrastructure, LinkedIn-first outreach, verified prospect data, campaign copy, reply handling, and the GoHighLevel sales process that connects it all.

The Challenges

Function Group Analytics closes well once the right person gets on a call. The issue is getting more of those calls without waiting for the next referral. If the goal is two to five new clients a month, the immediate job is creating a consistent flow of sales-qualified leads.

Problem 01
Referral Dependence
Most new work comes through word of mouth. That has worked, but it is difficult to control, and conferences have not filled the gap. There is no outbound channel consistently putting Function Group Analytics in front of buyers who already have a relevant data, analytics, or cloud need.
Problem 02
No Sales System
Prospects currently live in Excel and meetings are arranged through email. That is manageable for referrals, but it becomes difficult once cold email and LinkedIn start creating replies at the same time. There needs to be one place for conversations, bookings, reminders, and follow up.
Problem 03
Several Distinct Buyers
The offer is not the same for every buyer. A pricing analytics conversation with a CFO is different from a data engineering conversation with a CTO. The campaigns need to separate those audiences and lead with the work that is relevant to each one.

Our Solutions

The objective is straightforward: create a steady flow of sales-qualified leads, then give the team one clear system for turning those replies into booked calls.

Solution 01
Targeted Cold Email
A high-volume lane will cover the broader qualified market while a targeted lane focuses deeper research on named accounts and high-value opportunities. Both lanes use approved customer examples, service outcomes, verified contacts, and separate campaign testing.
Solution 02
GoHighLevel CRM
GoHighLevel becomes the system of record once a prospect engages. Contacts, opportunities, pipeline stages, booking, reminders, follow up, nurture, source attribution, and next actions remain visible without filling the CRM with untouched prospect lists.
Solution 03
LinkedIn Outreach
LinkedIn runs first through HeyReach or an equivalent platform. After three to five business days, prospects without a meaningful response enter the email sequence, while replies and opt-outs stop the next channel automatically.

Three-Month System Overview

The first month builds the foundation. Months two and three turn that foundation into a measured, repeatable outbound operating system.

Month One: Build the FoundationSetup and Warm-Up

Kickoff, buyer and offer mapping, secondary domains, inbox provisioning, DNS authentication, warm-up, Sales Navigator and VAYNE data sourcing, validation, copy creation, LinkedIn setup, GoHighLevel build, Slack reply webhook, calendar, pipeline, and end-to-end testing.

Month Two: Launch and LearnControlled Activation

Launch LinkedIn first, start email after the three to five business day delay, separate high-volume and targeted lanes, route engaged replies into GoHighLevel and Slack, monitor sender health, and improve targeting and copy from live response data.

Month Three: Optimize and ScaleRepeatable Operation

Expand the strongest segments, refresh underperforming offers and copy, replenish validated prospect data, maintain sender health, tighten pipeline follow up, run nurture, and report channel, campaign, and pipeline outcomes.

Initial operating plan: three months Campaign objective after stabilization: 10 sales-qualified leads per month.

Terms of Engagement

Clause 01

Scope of Work

The Service Provider will deliver the project described in this proposal, titled "Three-Month Outbound Revenue System," for Function Group Analytics. The work includes cold email, LinkedIn, GoHighLevel, Slack reply routing, data sourcing and enrichment, sending infrastructure, copywriting, campaign management, nurture, and reporting. Paid advertising is not included.

The "Effective Date" is the date Vistaline Digital provides its counter-signature after the Client has signed this proposal.

Any work beyond the defined scope requires a written change order approved by both parties before work begins. Change orders will include updated timeline and investment.

Clause 02

Payment Terms

The Client will pay CAD $2,170 per month for an initial three-month term and a one-time CAD $1,045 GoHighLevel implementation fee. Month one totals CAD $3,215. CAD $1,607.50 is due when the Client submits its signature. Vistaline is not required to begin work until that payment has cleared and the Effective Date has occurred. The remaining CAD $1,607.50 is due when GoHighLevel is configured and tested and the outbound infrastructure and approved campaigns are ready for launch. If that milestone is delayed solely because required Client access, materials, or approvals are missing, the second instalment is due 30 days after the Effective Date. Each later monthly fee is due in advance on the monthly anniversary of the Effective Date. All amounts exclude applicable taxes.

The 5% performance fee applies to cash actually received and retained from a customer first sourced through the outbound system during the engagement. An attributed customer must be identified in GoHighLevel with the originating campaign or outbound touch. The fee applies to cash collected under that customer's initial agreement for up to 12 months after the customer's first payment.

A customer first sourced during the engagement remains attributable if the initial agreement is signed during the engagement or within 90 days after termination. Existing customers, active opportunities, prospects already in an active sales conversation, referrals, and unrelated inbound leads are excluded when documented in GoHighLevel or supplied on the Client's kickoff suppression list before launch.

Commissionable cash excludes GST or other sales taxes, refunds, credits, cancellations, and chargebacks. A later reversal is credited against the next performance-fee invoice. GoHighLevel is the attribution record, and the Client's invoices and payment records confirm cash received. Vistaline will provide a monthly calculation, the Client has 5 business days to raise a documented dispute, and the resulting performance-fee invoice is due within 15 calendar days.

The named subscriptions, sending domains, mailboxes, warm-up infrastructure, prospect data, and validation tooling are included and paid by Vistaline Digital during the agreed engagement unless the final commercial terms state otherwise.

Clause 03

Client Obligations

To ensure timely delivery, the Client agrees to provide the following:

  • Approval to create and configure the GoHighLevel account and connect the required calendar.
  • Access to the main inbox used for engaged prospect conversations.
  • Access to the approved LinkedIn sender profile or profiles.
  • A customer list with project type and reference permission.
  • Service outcomes, case studies, proof points, exclusions, and claims approved for outreach.
  • Approval of the first campaign segments and message variants.
  • One kickoff session during the first week.
  • A primary contact for campaign and copy approvals.
  • Respond to review requests within 2 business days.

Delays caused by late access or materials may extend the project timeline accordingly.

Clause 04 and 05

IP & Confidentiality

Upon receipt of full payment, custom work product transfers to the Client. Service Provider retains rights to general methodologies. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during this engagement (survives 2 years).

Clause 06 and 07

Support, Termination and Disputes

The initial term is three months from the effective date. It then continues month to month. Either party may terminate for convenience on 30 days' written notice, effective no earlier than the end of the initial term. Either party may terminate for a material breach that remains uncured for 10 business days after written notice, or immediately for fraud, insolvency, illegal activity, or a material confidentiality or data-security breach. Vistaline may suspend work after 5 business days' written notice while an undisputed payment remains overdue. Fees earned before termination remain payable, and the attribution, performance-fee, confidentiality, intellectual-property, and dispute terms survive where required to give them effect.

The parties will first try to resolve a dispute through good-faith negotiation. This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Acceptance

By signing, both parties accept the scope, investment, payment schedule, attribution rules, and terms stated in this proposal.

Upfront on Client signature: CAD $1,607.50 (50% of month one). Remaining at launch readiness: CAD $1,607.50. Then CAD $2,170 monthly, plus 5% of attributable cash collected.
